"Neco" (Turkish: Coşkun Necati Arabacı; born 14 February 1972) is a Turkish - German outlaw biker, gangster and high-ranking member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. He was formerly active in Cologne, Germany and now lives in Dubai.
